Hand Made Sterling Silver Hammered Oval Earrings
from the ”Hammered” Collection.
Using the ancient Greek technique of god Hephaestus, the god of fire and goldsmith,
each piece is placed on a flat surface and hit with a round ended hammer,
until the whole surface gets it’s wavy distinctive form.
These earrings are inspired from the archaic-geometric period of ancient Greece,
known for it’s simple lines and abstract forms.
The dimensions of the oval are 3.3 x 1.8 cm (1.3 x 0.7 inches),
and the whole length of the earrings with the hook is 5 cm ( 2 inches)
